Mount Michael Rosé is crafted from 100% Pinot Noir carefully selected from our Central Otago Vineyards. The wine was crushed and left for a short time on skins to generate a lovely blush hue. We used a mixture of stainless steel and seasoned oak for fermentation and maturation before bottling.
A delightful Rosé with a nose of freeze dried strawberry and ruby grapefruit characters, followed by orange blossom and soft vanilla notes. Dry in style with a long and generous palate and a perfectly balanced minerality enhancing the long & lingering finish.

Pretty pink rosé with strawberries and cream flavours together with a seasoning of spice. Charming wine with good sweet-sour tension and attractive purity.

A very enticing bouquet of ripe peach and apple, there’s a distinctive layer of tropical fruits and fresh rose-fruit tea. Youthful, vibrant and new. Crisp, saline, refreshing and salivating as the wine touches the palate, flavours of fresh white and yellow stone fruits, light red berry fruit flavours and a touch of citrus. Some fruit tea ideas remain. Balanced, well made and ready to drink from 2023 through end of summer 2026.
