MOUNT MICHAEL PINOT NOIR ROSÉ 2024

Mount Michael Rosé is crafted from 100% Pinot Noir carefully selected from our Central Otago Vineyards. The wine was crushed and left for a short time on skins to generate a lovely blush hue. We used a mixture of stainless steel and seasoned oak for fermentation and maturation before bottling.

A delightful Rosé with a nose of freeze dried strawberry and ruby grapefruit characters, followed by orange blossom and soft vanilla notes. Dry in style with a long and generous palate and a perfectly balanced minerality enhancing the long & lingering finish.
