The tournament is open to men and women golfers from clubs around New Zealand as well as international golfers from Australia and the Pacific, ages 20+.

Maximum handicap limits of 32.0 for men and 36.0 for women apply.

The tournament, will be played under the ‘World Handicap System’ (WHS) where handicaps change daily.

The competition format is individual stableford, with daily and overall prizes for both men and women by equitable handicap divisions.

For low markers there will be an overall men’s and women’s gross prize awarded.

Weekly prizes, other than the gross prize, will be competed across each lake (group). The
competition also includes a team’s event (4 golfers), with the team score being best 3 stableford scores each day culminating over all four rounds.

There will be just one division in each lake for the team event.
