A distinctive pure fruited bouquet with aromas of fresh brown pear, lemon, ripe almost sweet red apple, fragrant floral and gently spicy. Silky textured on the palate with a leesy and soft fruit spice complexity. Fruit flavours mirror the nose with apple and sweet pear plus a touch of quince.Some fine stone and dusty chalk texture adds a nice mouthfeel. Medium+ acidity, balanced, refreshing and well made in a dry style. Best drinking upon purchase and through to 2023.
