Made only in very small quantities, this single vineyard, hand crafted, cool climate wine is a delightful expression.

Delicately aromatic chardonnay with appealing floral notes together with mandarin and gentle saline characters. Nice purity and subtle power with a lingering finish. Distinctive wine that has been made with a light touch.

Attractive bouquet with a cashew nut, light baking spices and varietal core fruit signature of grapefruit, white peach and apple. A light toasty sweetness and gentle smoke layer from wood adds complexity and depth. Youthful, fresh and enticing. Lovely weight and texture on the palate with a light silky-cream quality then flavours of citrus with grapefruit showing first then apple and some peach. Light wood tannins and acidity add structure and length. Well made, new and ready to drink from 2023 through 2027+.
